Please take the time to read the following information before scheduling your appointment.

​

*Every online appointment request requires a review for approval. Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response to your request. Same day appointment requests may or may not be approved.

​

*There is a required $25 deposit fee that goes towards your appointment balance. Once your request is confirmed and funds are accepted, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE to a new date... NO EXCEPTIONS!

If an appointment is booked and you need to change the date, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book a new date.

*Please DO NOT book an appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms of or have been exposed to COVID-19.

Be advised that cancellations related to COVID-19 are still held to the booking policy and will require a new deposit to reschedule.

​

*An extra convenience fee will be applied to appointments booked before or after regular business hours and to all Sunday appointments. Holiday requests are subject to a fee as well. 

​

*A late fee will be applied after 10 minutes and your appointment may be subject to cancellation after 15 minutes.

​

*Please NO EXTRA GUESTS during your appointment! Kids, parents, friends, spouses, etc. will be asked to wait outside until your appointment is complete. 

​

*Please arrive with a clean face/no makeup and groomed brows.

​

*Please be mindful of phone usage during your session.

​

*Before and after photos may be taken during your session and may or may not be used for promotion purposes.
