Cancellation Policy

I give a 15 minute "grace period." If you have not contacted me 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be canceled. You will NOT be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged 25% of your service price for late cancellations and 50% for NO SHOWS.
